FRESH! was created in 2006 by Lifestyle Synergy Inc. after many years of providing top quality mobile health and wellness services across Calgary. Our FRESH! facilities are about creating a new perspective and way of life for our clients. This approach encompasses the physical aspects of health and fitness, but also the often neglected behavioral and social components that lead to long term success. It is only through a synergy of these components that lasting change occurs.
At FRESH! we know that each person is unique. Our training is all about you! We make sure that training is educational, FUN and gets the results that you want! The foundation of my business has been built off an unwavering training philosophy. It is my goal to create an environment conducive to positive change within each individual. Every person at FRESH! helps do this by providing inspiration and motivation to reach your individual goals. We also go above and beyond motivation to ensure that every training session incorporates education and FUN.

I personally believe that every person is an athlete in the SPORT OF LIFE! We may all be competing at different levels or events, but the fact remains that we NEED TO PREPARE ourselves for all that life has to offer and multitude of things we want to do with our lives!
Whether the goal is to play with your grandchildren, or compete in an athletic event, we all need to move through life with efficiency, grace, and purpose. Successfully training to do this requires a unique approach that is FUN, yet effective.
Remember that physical fitness is only a small (but important) part of reaching and exceeding your goals. The FRESH! philosophy ties together every factor needed for success including NUTRITION, MOTIVATION, KNOWLEDGE, SUPPORT, GOAL SETTING, PSYCHOLOGICAL TOOLS, and MUCH MORE! That’s the key reason we’ve had so much success helping people truly change their lives!
This philosophy began my training career and continues to shape the way FRESH! approaches training. I call this approach training for the “SPORT OF LIFE”!

My clients are people who are committed to improve their overall quality of life. Their goals include: weight loss, improved movement skills, increased strength & cardiovascular conditioning, learning more about their bodies, improved energy and vitality.
The common thread is that each one of them is dedicating to doing what is necessary to achieve the goals. SUSAN HILDEBRANDT
Wellness Centre Coordinator – Bell Canada Campus
Born, raised and formally trained in Physical Education in New Zealand, I moved to Canada with a passion to help others live health-filled lives. This passion has spanned both nations and included coaching teen basketball, 10 years running a successful preschool fitness program, women’s only fitness, managing a corporate gym and continuing my learning. These varied experiences have furthered and fostered my belief that fitness is better when it’s FUN! regardless of our age and stage in life.
Being a part of the FRESH! team has allowed me another outlet to pursue my passion for healthy living and physical activity.
I’m excited to be coordinating the programs and services at the Bell Canada Westwinds Wellness Centre. By promoting the principles of healthy living in the workplace, we are able to create a ripple effect that helps the company and the families of each employee!

I’ve been a competitive skier and coach for the past 10 years and worked with athletes of all ages and abilities. One thing that attracted me to FRESH! was Tim’s philosophy of “Training for the Sport of Life”! My background in sport training and coaching has provided me with an excellent ability to bring out to best in you during a training session. I see each of my clients as an “athlete in progress” and combine the most effective methods to get them in the best shape of their life!
During each training session my goal is to make the greatest use of your time. The actual session focus will change every time and fit perfectly with your program goals and needs on that particular day.
This personalized approach has proven wildly successful because every time you come to see me, you will leave feeling better than when you got there! Sometimes that requires a “butt-kicking workout”, other times a lower intensity mobility and relaxation session is needed, or even somewhere in between.
Regardless of the method, you will love the fact that I’m able to provide the perfect environment to help you reach your goals and feel amazing each day!

FRANCIS GUTIERREZ CPT
Personal Fitness Trainer
I was born in the Philippines and moved to Canada when I was 16 years old. Being active has always been a part of my life and living in Canada has enabled me to enjoy many activities, such as snowboarding/skiing in the winter and kayaking, rollerblading, and mountain biking in the summer.
The culture and infrastructure in the Philippines is not designed for health and fitness; and other than in school, very few people exercise regularly. Moving to Canada was inspiring because we have so many natural and structural resources to stay fit and healthy! It’s great to see that more Canadians are active than in my native country, but there is still a LOT of room for improvement.
My passion and motivation is to help Canadians like you embrace an active and healthy lifestyle change that will add life to your years! I teach, encourage and support my clients while they work towards the accomplishment of goals they never would have thought possible before starting their journey!
Physical activity is a fantastic way learn about yourself while developing your mind, body, and spirit. For me, the greatest excitement and personal reward is to celebrate each new success that my clients accomplish.
While I have always been active in a variety of outdoor pursuits, my current goals are to run a 10k race and improve my Olympic lifting technique.

After graduating from the Mount Royal CPT program in 2010, I’m excited to join the team at FRESH! to continue my personal and professional growth. LAUREN SOLINGER

I am very excited to join FRESH! Fitness as their new administrative assistant. Currently I am in the business program at MRU , majoring in Human Resources.
I define success by your personal relationships. A great job, big house, shiny cars, and sparkly jewelry really don’t count for anything unless you have someone with you to share it with. I’d rather be sitting with friends around campfire eating s’mores than sitting alone in a huge house with expensive things.
I am what you would call a recreational athlete. I absolutely love playing ultimate frisbee in the summer and have been playing for the past 2 years. I always try to encourage people to join. It’s a fantastic workout because it combines soccer, football, and frisbee all into one fantastic game. Plus you get to meet some really great people along the way. In the winter I try to get out to the mountains for skiing. There’s nothing better than standing on top of mountain and seeing for miles around you. I also play recreational indoor soccer and dodgeball. In the past I’ve dabbled with yoga and belly dancing.
Everyone must do at least one road-trip before they die. Recently. I embarked on a 10 day road-trip to San Francisco. It was an adventure and a half! Snow storms, near wildlife misses on the road, elephant seals, aquariums, having our car searched at the border, and the best darn crab I have ever tasted, all made for an experience I will never forget. I have also been to Montreal, L.A., Cuba, Mexico, Caribbean, and Disney World. Travel is a great way to put yourself outside of your own comfort box and see the world from a new angle.
