Jump Rope 101:

Form:

  • thumbs on top of handles
  • relax arms
  • hands out
  • make small circles
  • small jumps
  • use core

 

Basic Bounce:

  • look  straight ahead
  • small jumps straight up
  • push from balls of feet
  • turn rope at wrists
  • stay on balls of feet
