The FRESH! Fitness Studio is located on the 18th Floor of 734 7th Avenue SW in downtown Calgary. Our building is located on the NE Corner of 7th Avenue and 7th Street. Click here to view a map and directions

We are directly beside the C-Train Station at 7th St. & 7th Ave downtown. This allows you convenient access from most parts of the city. As a bonus, riding is free in the downtown core! If you are driving, vehicle parking is available in the Impark lot directly east of the building, and street parking on 6th & 7th Streets.

Once You Enter The Building

Proceed to the 17th floor via the bank of elevators directly across the lobby
Take the stairs to the right of the elevators to our 18th floor fitness studio
- A lock box has been placed on the wall to the right of the facility door.
- The code will be provided to you prior to your session
  - if you have not received it within 24 hours of your session please call or email.
- Inside this lock box is a key card to open the facility door.
- Please replace the card once you’ve used it to open the door.
- You will need to re-enter the code to replace the key card so that other clients may use it.
If you are a FRESH! member, please scan your keytag under the barcode scanner inside the door
The Women’s change room is to the right upon entering and the Men’s change room is to the left.
Once you’ve changed for your appointment (if applicable), your trainer or coach will meet you to begin your session.
Should you have any questions, our office is directly to the right of the door from which you entered the studio. Please knock and we would be happy to assist you.
