Your Done-For-You Goals Worksheet is Waiting!

I hope your week has been awesome! Just a friendly reminder that the 6 Week New Year, New You Transformation Program officially starts Monday. We are having a launch event and seminar tomorrow evening at 4:30pm. It’s taking place at our Barclay Centre studio downtown (+15, 444-7th Ave SW).

 

The seminar is called The New Year, New You, Resolution Solution, and even if you haven’t registered for the program, I’m officially inviting you to attend. Consider this a New Year’s gift from FRESH!.

 

During this event and seminar, we are going to dive into why so few people succeed with their resolutions, how to set goals properly, and get some hands-on work done on your specific goals for 2017. You will get a special worksheet we use with clients to help them dial into their top dreams and wishes, and how to turn them into laser focussed, action oriented, and motivating goals.

I know it’s 4:30pm on a Friday, and it may be challenging to get there. Think of this as a small test to see how serious you are about making 2017 your most successful year ever. People who are serious about change, make things happen, regardless of the obstacles.

 

Perhaps you can go into work a bit early on Friday to ensure you can get out early. Maybe it’s delaying your evening plans for a few minutes. The great news is that there are ALWAYS options and solutions when you are excited and committed to change!

Fitness

  • It’s a six week body transformation program specifically designed to burn fat and tone muscles while you workout with me and then to give you the coveted “after burn” effect so you can burn more fat once you leave here.
  • “After burn” is the state of heightened metabolism that takes place after a really good workout when certain variables take place during the workout session. In fact it’s scientifically proven that you can go into after burn and torch more calories for as much as 18-36 hours after a workout.
  • Each workout session is designed to put your body into “after burn” to help get the most fat loss during the six week program.

Nutrition

  • You’ll also get a customized nutrition program to follow, designed to burn even more fat without restricting calories (this is NOT a diet) it’s a fat loss eating program…simple and easy.
  • The nutrition program is designed around REAL FOOD. It’s not a crazy restrictive plan. It’s about sensible, eating, enjoying food, and learning how to eat for real life.

You can even split the payments 30 days apart if you’d like.

 

Now, typically my training and coaching programs range from $197 to over $1500 per month. With all the coaching, tools, and resources packed into this plan, it’s easily worth over $1000. But like I said, I’ve priced these three program options so low that anyone can take advantage of them!
