Hello!
Welcome to March.
The snow in Calgary belies the fact that spring is coming soon. While the ski season has been awesome, it’s definitely a transition time. A couple trips south over the next few weeks will have me jonesing for warmer weather when I get back.
I’m a big fan of seasons. Each season and weather conditions bring awesome opportunities to enjoy nature, be active, and stay healthy. If you haven’t already done it, it’s time to start planning your spring and summer activity calendar. Weather it’s mountain biking, hiking, golf, tennis, or some other fun activity, use it as your excuse to take on a new active challenge.
Whatever that challenge is, an effectively designed (and performed) resistance training will improve your performance. The article this edition talks about some of the benefits. The recipe is also tasty, and we have an awesome tip at the end for you.
Enjoy the content and let me know what you think.
Yours in Health and Happiness.
