Ingredients
For the filling
- 4 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
For the topping
- 1 ¼ cups almond meal
- ¼ cup unsalted butter or coconut oil, softened (you could also use ghee)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 TBSP coconut oil, to grease the pan
