YES, there actually is an 18th floor…it’s a little know fact, but well worth discovering!
In your on-site fitness centre, we offer a full range of professional services such as:
- Private and Small Group Personal Training
- Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching
- Metabolism Testing (Resting & Exercise)
- Comprehensive Fitness & Body Composition Assessments
- Our incredibly popular BOOTCAMP 101 program
We even offer private services for Corporations and their employees! If you work in the building, you have free access to the facility (instructed programs are on a pay per use basis…but you get a 10% Life Plaza Tenant Discount)! Please note that this discount does not apply on top of any other advertised specials.
