We are nearing the end of week two for “back to school”, and “back to work”. Hopefully you are doing great and staying on top of everything life is throwing at you. Sometimes clients exclaim that it must be nice for me to “have everything under control”. After I stop laughing, I quickly explain to them that we ALL have areas we are working to improve. To be honest, these last couple weeks have been a bit overwhelming from my end.
Like many of my clients, I’m adjusting to getting back from a great vacation, catching up on missed work, figuring out the kids’ new school schedule, and working out the kinks in my own schedule changes. That doesn’t make it easy, but from experience, I know that this is the time when I go back to the basics in each of my 4 Pillars of Personal Performance (Mindset, Habits, Movement, Fuel). It’s the foundation that keeps me functioning well, and the basis of all coaching programs at FRESH!.
If you could use a few “life hacks” to provide a fall performance boost, check out our 21 Day Back to Work Challenge.
