We are officially one month into 2018. I hope you are still firing on all cylinders and on your way to making 2018 your best year ever. If that’s not the case, it’s OK. Every setback is an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve.
This month we are highlighting one of the key reason people use for failure to reach their goals…motivation. Very few people are truly unmotivated. If you are able to function daily, have a family, hold down a job, and are reading this, you are motivated by something.
Now, that motivation may not be going to the gym, or dieting, but I guarantee you have a source of motivation. It’s just a matter of finding it, tapping into it, and working to make it stronger. When you can do this, you will be unstoppable.
February is an exciting month. First, it’s heart month, so a reminder to take care of that thing that (hopefully) is thudding constantly in your chest! Second, it’s the month that the hard copies of my new book The Fitness Curveball get delivered! WOO HOO!
