Pillar #1: MINDSET

YOU are control of your mindset and your lifeMindset is the most important component of your ability to get results in any area of life.

Mindset sets the stage for everything in your life. This includes your attitudes, perceptions, actions, and outcomes across all areas of life. If you aren’t happy with where you are, the first step is to look at your mindset. Next is the actions that your mindset is producing. Nothing will change, until you change your mind! 

If your goal is to be healthy, fit, and to look good, you must begin THINKING like a healthy, fit person. This will make it much easier to begin DOING the things necessary to HAVE the healthy, fit, body you want.It doesn’t work the other way around. This is a very simple, but often overlooked concept. You can exercise, and go on diets. This may even produce some short term results. However, until you transform your mindset, your perspective, and how you view fitness and nutrition as part of your self concept, maintaining the actions will always be a struggle. It’s why so many people get frustrated, and quit.

Mindset is the key to results in fitness, nutrition, and LIFE!It’s one thing to do a 6 week fitness challenge or diet. It’s another thing completely, to LIVE those principles and behaviors every day, and make them part of your lifestyle. The FRESH! team coaches clients on the simple principles of mindset transformation, so that their healthy daily habits become part of who they are, their lifestyle, and make reaching your goals simple, and sustainable.

At FRESH!, we believe in coaching people to be the best version of themselves. It’s not about perfection, or unrealistic ideals. Our coaching is about facilitating continual improvement, and taking action today to do something today to be better than you were yesterday.
