The food we eat actually becomes the cells in our body and within 6 – 12 months (depending on your metabolic rate), EVERY SINGLE CELL in our body will be replaced by the food we’ve eaten over that time period.
This means that how we are feeling, the conditions we are suffering from, the look feel, and performance of our bodies is directly related to the foods we eat. Keeping this fact in mind, Holistic nutrition places immense importance on the SOURCE and QUALITY of foods.
