Referral Resources
- “Bring a Friend” workouts
- If a friend, co-worker, etc. is interested, you may bring them to a class for FREE
- Please provide 24 hours notice so that instructor can be notified and class numbers can be calculated
- Friend MUST complete and sign FRESH! Forms (Health History Questionnaire, Waiver, etc.) BEFORE coming to class. This must be faxed (403.217.2736) or emailed to “info at freshfitness dot ca”
