Just a quick note to say that “SUMMER ROCKS!” August is my favourite month of the year. Not just because it’s my birthday month, but also because the weather is fantastic, it’s when we take one of our annual family vacations, and in Calgary, everyone is in a “post Stampede chill” type of mood.
To celebrate my birthday and favourite month of the year, let’s do something fun!
As you know, FRESH! and our personal trainers strongly believe in getting outside and being active. So the first fun thing is for you to tag FRESH! in all of your active adventures. Second, because being healthy, happy, and fit also involves learning, I will be accepting questions from the FRESH! community all month long, and will be posting video responses. This is the chance to ask the experts at FRESH! your most pressing questions about health, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle habits, or anything else you want to know the answer to.
As I will be on vacation for a couple weeks, I will have even more fun than normal with the responses. There may be the odd beach or margarita involved! 🙂

Reality Check: Say No to Summer Weight Gain
Have you noticed the scale creeping up a little over the last couple of months? If so, you are not alone. Summer is a very easy time to overindulge and pick up those pounds that you shed during the winter months.
