What do you ACTUALLY need to reach your goals?

Would you say that your lack of success is due to a shortage of fitness information you have at your disposal?

I seriously doubt it.

When I type ‘fat loss’ in google there are 46,000,000 results.

When I type ‘diet’ into the books category of Amazon there are 127,231 listings.

Gyms are on every corner.

Add to this, all the magazines, infomercials, ebooks, etc.

A lack of information isn’t your problem.

And, in truth – it’s not even a shortage of good information.

So, what is really holding you back?

It’s knowing how to navigate all of this.

It’s knowing how to make it work for you.

It’s knowing how to work through the obstacles that get you off track.

It’s staying motivated for the long term since gratification doesn’t come in a day.

It’s not a lack of information…it’s the lack of ability or know how to use the information to develop a simple, usable plan for success…and a lack of coaching to help execute the plan.

good-intentions2 (1)There is A LOT of great information out there…if you know where to look, and how to sort through the crap! However, knowledge is nothing without ACTION and proper implementation. This is where most people fail.

They continually bounce from website to magazine to blog to latest fitness/nutrition marketing craze, and wonder why they never find a rhythm, get results, or are able to stay motivated.

If you don’t have your ideal body, fitness level or health – you’ve likely fallen into this trap.

Finding exercises, workouts, nutrition tips, and ways to improve your health…that’s never the problem!

Knowing what to do with the information and being able to sift through the bulk of what’s just noise…that’s much more important.

Here are the TWO TOUGHEST things about creating your ideal level of fitness and health:

  1. Developing a simple, straightforward plan that gets you the results you want.
  1. Having the discipline to avoid the noise and stick to the plan.

The most successful people I know are working toward a goal and not letting anything distract them from that.

Are you?

So let me issue you a suggestion that is really a challenge…

For the next 30 days, pick 1 program to follow.

Ignore all of the other fitness/health/nutrition noise out there. This may mean taking a facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest haitus, or unsubscribing/deleting some feeds. I don’t care. It’s up to you. Just pick 1 program, and focus on it exclusively.

Avoid getting pulled to diet/weight loss sites, advertising and blogs from FB and avoid anything else that is pulling you away from making daily progress toward the fitness and health goals you want.

30 days.

You can do it.

And if FRESH! is not the program that makes the cut…that’s a-ok.

We are not really interested in being in the information providing business anyhow.

We are in the RESULTS business.

So if you’re not moving toward your Ideal body and lifestyle or serious about doing it…this is probably not somewhere you should be spending your time.

How can I say something like that?wellness-lifestyle vs duty

Because as the owner of FRESH!, I don’t need or want the MOST people…I want the RIGHT people. This is the reason why I started a private COACHING studio instead of a typical health club/gym.

So pick one that will help you accomplish the goals you’ve set. This program should also make you better at sticking to your plan over the long term.  Ideally, it will also help you improve a specific area or skill.

That’s it.

Then simply focus and execute.

If you want to build your ideal body and lifestyle…FRESH! should be near the top of your list. Helping people do experience their ideal self is in our DNA. It’s our primary purpose and mission for the company!

Heck, apparently other gyms seem to think it’s impossible because they simply provide a PLACE for you to exercise, rather than coaching you through the implementation. We all know that simply having a gym membership (or even going to the gym to do your own thing) doesn’t work for many people!

So, if you have a different vision for where you’re trying to go, and are serious about making the necessary changes…study what successful people do. We’ve been doing this for 25 years and have helped thousands of people like you.

30 days.

You up for it?

If you think I’m off my rocker with this…think about what you’ve done the past month. How has that been working for you?

Are you better off saving coupons and flyers from every other gym in your town, reading every fitness or diet post that comes across your newsfeed or buying all the crap the latest infomercials have to sell?

Or would you be better off trusting a sensible plan developed by an expert?

Alright…I’ll leave it at that. As always, the decision is up to you!
