Each Group Training program includes top notch fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life in the shortest, safest possible time regardless of your current fitness level. With the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, physioballs, dumbbells, cables and simple bodyweight exercises, we teach our clients how to build a progressive training program they can take with them for a lifetime. A great option to supplement your small group coaching is to start with the FRESH! JumpStart Program, we help each of our clients set up a great foundation to jump into our group classes with ease!
