FRESH! personal training packages provide a variety of options to ensure you have the commitment and support you need to reach your goals, but with maximum flexibility.

You have the choice to visit in person at our boutique Calgary studio or meet with our expert personal trainers and lifestyle performance coaches online.

Starting with our Jumpstart program, each FRESH! Fitness package includes a complete physical and lifestyle assessment including posture analysis, body composition, strength & endurance training, functional movement, nutrition, and overall lifestyle performance education.

This process will ensure you gain the foundation of knowledge and skills to succeed in any activity you choose. Whether it's outdoor recreation, playing with your kids or grandkids, a fitness class, or working out in the gym, you will have the tools to be more successful.

For a few people the Jumpstart is the only session they ever work with us. That's OK. The information and skills learned in the Jumpstart will be invaluable in whatever they choose to do next.

Most people choose to work with our expert personal trainers and performance coaches on an ongoing basis and on the schedule that works best for them. While some clients see us once or twice per month, our most common packages include 2-3 sessions per week. Those sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes in length, and we have the option to do in-person, online coaching, or a combination of both.
