  • Our private studio format means that every FRESH! client is enrolled in one of our group training or personal training service programs
  • We DO NOT offer traditional memberships where people just have access to the facility to work out on their own
  • Our philosophy and experience have shown that this is one of the key reasons that traditional gyms don’t work
